Kinora Exchange & Refund Policy
All sales are eligible for exchange only within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping on the original item. Kinora will cover the shipping cost of the replacement item at no charge.
Refunds are issued only for items that arrive damaged or defective and must be requested within 7 days of delivery with photo verification. Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Sale items, promotional items, and limited drops are final sale and not eligible for exchange or refund.
